I bought this bicycle few weeks back and right from the beginning when I put order, I started receiving follow up from vendor for all the required information. He setup a vedio call explaining all things required for assembling it and to the last when cycle is fully functional. Whenever required, I called the vendor and he gave me proper information/ instructions.
Cycle is also very good. Its comfortable.
Look wise, its great. Performance is nice.
